In reporting your dream, relive it in your imagination. Please convey, as vividly, accurately and completely as possible, the specific details of the dream as it unfolded when you first dreamed it. Keep your dream report in the present tense. Avoid editing your dream or censoring it.

Give it the title that best seems to capture the essence of the dream for you. As you make your report,  you may also want to make comments about the dream content. Please bracket commentary [like so] to distinguish it from the content of the dream itself.  

Share anything in your life of possible relevance to the dream you have reported including your feeling(s) upon waking. Also, be as detailed as possible in describing each scene. It will help to identify any changes of scene, various moods, colors, sensations and feelings (including changes of feelings) within the dream as well as you can.

If people you know appear in your dream comment [again with brackets] on any associations that come to mind in relation to them. Help a person who doesn’t know them at all get your feeling for them.
